Pilates Private Class

Our private sessions are customized according to individual needs and goals.

They are perfect for clients who are starting out on Pilates or have any specific injuries and pain.

They also are suitable for clients who have prior experience in Pilates and elite athletes with specific training goals.

Our highly qualified and experienced instructors will guide and coach you using a specialized program to achieve results.

Choose from one to one or form duet or trio, for private group training at your preferred time and location.

Reformer Beginner 

(Level 1)

Ideal for beginners and those who want an effective group class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation.

This class uses exercise progressions to focus on your form and alignment, while catering to your fitness level or physical limitations.

This is a fun class that offers guidance in building your strength and balance while improving flexibility.

Reformer Intermediate

(Level 2)

An inspiring and uplifting class that will fully challenge the body and mind.

This moderate to fast paced session incorporates quick transitions and will introduce you to more intermediate Pilates reformer exercises.

It tones every major muscle group while paying special attention to proper execution, bio-mechanics, alignment and symmetry!

Reformer Burn

(Level 3)

In this class, you’re not just letting your body do the work. You’re telling ALL your muscles to fire.

In this innovative class, we fuse multiple styles of fitness elements with the elongating reformer work to offer total body workout.

It’s high intensity, it’s strength-building, it’s feeling the burn, For intermediate level.


If you are new to Reformer classes, please attend at least 3 sessions of Reformer Beginner before attempting Reformer Intermediate & Burn.

Mat Pilates Align
(Level 1)


Our Align class is designed for the beginners to become familiar and learn the foundation Pilates exercises.

With a high level of focus on alignment and posture, these classes are educational and target clients who are new to Mat Pilates or wants to take it at a slower pace.

You will also be offered the chance to modify and calibrate your exercises as you progress along the way.

Mat Pilates Sweat
(Level 2)


Pilates Sweat is a intermediate mat class. The Pilates Mat exercises tests your endurance, strength and flexibility. More strength endurance work would be introduced using mainly your body weight and some small props.

The class move at a quicker pace and are a great way to supplement other athletic activities. It is a fun and motivating workout which is designed to leave you sweaty!
