Are you ready to get in the best shape of your life with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)? A high intensity workout using the TRX suspension trainer, taking you through a variety of pilates-centric movement and bodyweight exercises.

The class incorporates plyometric drills with intervals of TRX power, resistance and core training.

Get ready for a fun and challenging full body workout! This is a multi-level class.
